Processing is mainly based on performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests of the controller, and in selected cases the consent of the data subject.

right to erasure or restriction of processing,
right to object to processing,
right to data portability,
right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Retention Period

Data is retained for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, especially for the duration of the contractual relationship, statutory archiving periods, and the period required to protect legal claims.

Recipients

Data may be disclosed to contracted processors, IT providers, accounting and legal advisors, shipping and payment partners, or public authorities where required by law.
